3rd Kyu (Brown Belt) grading to 2nd kyu (Brown One White Stripe Belt)

1st Table: Kihon

Moving into Gedan Berai, then Jiyu Dachi

1) Moving forward 4 times Kizami-Zuki Jodan, step forward Oi-Zuki Chudan, half step Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch - Turn

2) Moving forward 4 times Mae-Geri Chudan, Oi-Zuki Jodan, half step Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch - Turn

3) Moving forward 4 times Yoko-Geri Kikomi, Uraken, Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch - Turn

4) Moving forward 4 times Mawashi Geri, Uraken, Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch - Turn

5) Moving forward 4 times Ushiro-Geri, Uraken, Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch - Turn

Please remember that the defence for all attacks must not be the same
