Moving into Gedan-barai (low level block in forward / front stance)
1) Moving forward 4 times Oi-zuki Jodan, Kiai on last punch
2) Moving back 4 times Age-uke, gyakuzuki (straight reverse punch, chudan). Kiai on the last punch
3) Moving forward 4 times Oi-zuki Chudan, Kiai on last punch
4) Moving back 4 times Soto-ude-uke, gyakuzuki (straight reverse punch, chudan). Kiai on the last punch
5) Moving forward 4 times Uchi-ude-uke, gyakuzuki (straight reverse punch, chudan). Kiai on the last punch
