7^th Kyu (Yellow Belt) grading to 6^th kyu (Green Belt)

1^st Table: Kihon (basic moves)

Moving into Gedan-barai

1) Moving forward 4 times

Oi-zuki Jodan, Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on last punch

2) Moving back 4 times

Age-uke, Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch

3) Moving forward 4 times

Soto-ude-uke, Enpi (elbow strike, in Kiba dachi), Uraken (back fist / knuckle, in Kiba dachi). Kiai on the last uraken

4) Moving back 4 times

Uchi-ude-uke, Kizami-zuki Jodan (lunge punch off the leading hand), Gyakuzuki Chudan. Kiai on the last punch

5) Moving forward 4 times

Shuto-uke (in Kokutsu Dachi), Nukite (in Zenkutsu Dachi). Kiai on the last strike

6) Moving back 4 times

Shuto-uke (in Kokutsu Dachi), Nukite (in Zenkutsu Dachi). Kiai on the last strike
